My 2 cents on K-Drama

Once upon a time there lived a woman with 0 expectations and somehow in this marketing world of social media, she ends up watching these short form videos of popular Korean stars and they had a twist of storytelling skills along with a soft filter shot and edited cinema, out of curiosity and the addiction of consumption this lands her to this mystery and hyper unrealistic (for Indian eyes) and glittery world.
BUT why is this all taking the rent-free space in my head?
The GUYS, the men of Korea are you for real? I don’t trust it as same as I don’t trust the action scenes in Bollywood. I have grown up watching Bollywood and I thought Bollywood makes a hopeless romantic but if you have seen the shit these K drama men do you will have a whole new level of romanticness (if this is even a word? hah)
The storyline is mostly stretched because they take a lot of time to really fall in love with the opposite character and the climax is mostly how they express themselves in the end.
Bad characters are HARDLY there, they don’t usually exist, and if they even do, the plot turns them into a fucking saint.
Moving on there’s only one CON, which is that the stories tend to become very similar after watching 10 series, it’s pretty predictable but you know what? I’ll still watch it for the male protagonist.
Arigattoooo!
